Subscription Plans

TurkFlix Ltd offers the following membership options:

• Weekly Subscription – $6.99 per week
• Monthly Subscription – $17.99 per month
• Annual Subscription – $120.00 per year

By subscribing to any paid membership plan, you authorise TurkFlix Ltd to automatically charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date until you cancel your subscription.

Automatic Renewal

All paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Renewal billing occurs as follows:

• Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
• Monthly subscriptions renew on the monthly anniversary of the original subscription date.
• Annual subscriptions renew on the yearly anniversary of the original subscription date.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these recurring charges and authorize TurkFlix Ltd to collect payments automatically until cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges only. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments that have already been processed.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is collected.

Administrative Processing Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a non-refundable administrative processing fee of $3.99.

Weekly Subscription Refunds

Weekly subscription payments are non-refundable.

Because customers receive immediate access to digital streaming content and can consume substantial content during the subscription period, no refunds will be provided for weekly subscriptions once payment has been successfully processed.

Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their initial monthly subscription purchase.

Approved refunds will be subject to the $3.99 administrative processing fee.

Refunds will not be granted:

• After the 7-day refund period has expired;
• For partially used subscription periods;
• For renewal payments where the subscriber did not cancel before the renewal date;
• Where the subscriber requests a refund after a valid automatic renewal payment has been processed;
• Following a chargeback or payment dispute relating to a valid subscription charge.

If a monthly subscription renews automatically because the subscriber did not cancel before the renewal date, the renewal payment is considered authorized and is not eligible for refund.

Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial annual subscription purchase.

Approved refunds will be subject to the $3.99 administrative processing fee.

Refunds will not be granted:

• After the applicable refund period has expired;
• For partially used subscription periods;
• For annual renewal payments where the subscriber did not cancel before the renewal date;
• Following a chargeback or payment dispute relating to a valid subscription charge.

If an annual subscription renews automatically because the subscriber did not cancel before the renewal date, the renewal payment is considered authorized and is not eligible for refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Subscribers should contact TurkFlix Ltd before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Where a payment has been validly processed under this policy, initiating a chargeback does not create eligibility for a refund.

TurkFlix Ltd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent, abusive, or excessive chargeback activity.
