When you join one of our 3 subscription plans you will be sent all the details you need to login to our website

When does a certain series or movie come out?

We are constantly aware of any new releases and most often than not we will always take any new Series or Movies with any popular Cast and Crew.

How do we submit Ideas/Request certain series?

All members can email us with any requests, we usually do a Poll and the popular series are usually considered.

How do we cancel our subscription?

You can send an email to us asking us to terminate your subscription, alternatively you can do this via PayPal.

Are the Movies available to Download?

All our video content is not for downloading, we provide a streaming service directly on our website.

Are all the Movies in HD?

Most of our content is in HD, we also have series on our website which aired on TV before 2010 these series are only available on the quality they were released.

Do we have any adverts on our Videos?

We don't have any adverts interrupting your viewership, however some series/episodes may contain adverts, this is simply due to them being embedded directly on the video.

If there are any issues with Translation?

We pride ourselves on quality, we appreciate any issues you may face and we aim to resolve matters with immediate attention. Send us an email which series and which episode is effected and we will do our best to get this resolved.

We can not log in?

How Quick are the Episodes translated everyweek?

Are the Subtitles embedded in the Video or added via a File?

All our Subtitles are directly added on the Videos

Do you sell your Subtitle Files?

We do not usually sell our subtitle files, if you are keen you can email md@turkflix.co.uk
